You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is unused and unwashed
- All original tags and labels are intact
- The item is in its original condition — no alterations, no cuts, no damage
- The item is not worn, stained, or tampered with
Note: Returns will not be accepted if the product is found to be used, altered, or returned in poor condition.
🔁 How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@ysnaritrend.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear product images.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
- Send the product back to the provided return address (shipping to be borne by customer unless defective).
💸 Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive the product
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
❌ Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns if:
- Tags or labels are removed
- Product is used, damaged, or altered
- Return request is made after 7 days
- Nightwear or innerwear items (due to hygiene reasons)
